Our process

Simply choose the support you would like from the services below and complete the form. We will the contact you over email to arrange a free consultation.

During this time we will:

  • Explore if this is the right service for you.
  • Agree on outcomes for your support.
  • Arrange when and where your support will take place.

You will be sent a service agreement and invoice. Once the invoice is paid, we will deliver your support as outlined in your service agreement.

Bespoke sessions

We develop or schemes of work with you by exploring activities that fit your interests. These could be orienteering, nature walks, natural craft or mindfulness exercises to name a few. With this in mind we also gently encourage participants to try new things. All our activities aim to connect individuals with nature, promote a sense of calmness, relaxation, and a feeling of being grounded.
Guided by trained professionals to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop coping strategies. We use the natural environment as a catalyst for self-reflection and personal growth, so participants learn to appreciate the beauty of nature while simultaneously addressing their needs.

Ethos

By fostering a sense of connection to the natural world, we encourage individuals to develop a deeper understanding of sustainability and environmental stewardship. Participants may learn about the local ecosystem, the importance of conserving natural resources, and how to make eco-friendly choices in their everyday lives. Such knowledge can empower individuals to make positive changes for the benefit of both their own wellbeing and the environment.

By combining the therapeutic benefits of nature with professional guidance, these sessions aim to improve the emotional, physical, and social wellbeing of adolescents and adults, ultimately promoting a healthier and happier community.
