Feeling philanthropic?

We know that financial hardship is a contributing factor to poor wellbeing and people struggling with poor mental health are more likely to come into financial hardship.

That is why we offer  suspended sessions and reduced rates to people who would otherwise be unable to pay for our services.

What are suspended sessions?

They are sessions that have been paid for already and available to people who need them but unable to self fund. Inspired by the idea of suspended coffees and meals offered by many altruistic catering establishments we believe that supporting someone's wellbeing is just as important as providing nourishment.

How are they paid for?

We fund suspended sessions by;

  • Committing 5% of all of our fees to our suspended sessions (that's one suspended for every 20 delivered at full cost).
  • Being open to receive funding from public to fund suspended sessions.

If you would like to help us offer suspended sessions to more people follow the link below.

How do individuals access suspended sessions?

Simply by requesting support through our our online portal. The details of payments are agreed during our free consultation so if people are struggling or unable to pay we will offer, where possible, suspended sessions or reduced rates.

We do not means test individuals formally however reserve the right to ask questions on income and outgoings of the clients household to ensure that our suspended sessions are distributed fairly.

What else we do to help.

  • Reducing fees by offering free assessments (usually included in sessional costs).
  • Offering reduced rates to meet peoples income levels.
  • Arranging group sessions to reduce the cost to individuals.
